MariAnne Torres – President

I started in Property Management on October 26, 1989 as a part time Leasing Consultant and have held every position since then from Leasing, to Assistant, to Manager, to Regional, to Trainer, to Director, to President. Property Management is who I am, it’s what I do. Having worked with numerous sizes and types of communities, I am well versed in all aspects of Management. Be it a single-family home, a low rise, a mid rise, a high rise, a garden style community or a renovated walk up, I have managed it. My personal responsibilities have included portfolios with over 2,000 units spanning three states. I am known for my intensely organized spreadsheets and love of Budgets. My favorite rule to live by is “Anything less than your best is unacceptable.”
